QCDF offers a great chance to connect with dancers, athletes, and music lovers. Becoming a vendor is easy, with just four simple steps to follow.

After you submit your form, we will review it. We will contact you within seven days to update you on your vendor application status.
If accepted, we will send you the link to submit payment to complete your vendor application and reserve your spot at the Queen City dance festival 2026!
Each Vendor will receive the following:
- One 6 foot table ( Ask for pricing for extended vendor space)
- Tablecloth
- 2 chairs
- Logo displayed on www.tikamiproductions.com
- Vendor announcements during shows/performances
SPECIAL NOTES
- 2 people MAX at the table
- Additional vendor passes may be purchased for $100 per person
- All vendor names must be submitted prior to the event.
- Vendors will have full access to all evening parties (workshops excluded, upgrade your pass for $100 per person if you would like to attend the workshops)
- As long as the table is open it must be staffed at all times.
- We highly recommend breaking down at night. Queen City Dance Festival or the Hilton Charlotte Airport Hotel will not be responsible for lost items.

Performer
Terms of Service
As the director I will share the information below to my students and perspective attendees. All attendees registered through me are aware of the following terms and conditions upon registering and attending QCDF 2026.
1. Register to perform here
Every person on your team must be performing. If they are not performing, they can NOT purchase a performer’s pass. All Performers must purchase a Performer Pass.
- The team’s Primary Contact will submit ONE (1) Performers Application for the entire team.
- Please only send ONE request per team. Duplicates can cause delays.
- If you are registering more than one team, please register each team individually.
- Passes are NOT transferable, passes are assigned to an individual. Please ensure you have full name of the dancer you are registering. (Transfer fees apply should you request a transfer)
- If you have dancers performing on different teams, only one payment is required for that dancer.
2. Approval process
- All teams must be approved to perform.
- All approved teams will be notified as soon as possible, usually within 1 week from this submission.
- Upon approval, the Registration Team will send an acceptance email with a special payment link to the Primary Contact to complete registration and can make FULL Payment or he/she can give link to each member on the team for them to complete registration and make payment individually .
- If you do NOT receive a payment link from Registration within 1 week, please do NOT fill out another application. Contact 980-202-9977 directly.
Each approved team will be guaranteed one performance at the QCDF 2026. Directors having multiple teams can sign up each of their teams, but must not have all the same members on stage. Teams must be available to perform on any of the given days Friday-Sunday Night. If you have several performances, please contact us with details prior to filling out another application.
3. Completing registration & making payment
- Registration will send approved teams a payment link.
- Performers fee will be based on the time he/she completed payment with the link given and not the date their team was approved. Please follow Performers Pass Purchase Timeline below.
There is a ONE-PASS-PER-PERSON policy. All Sales are Final. No Refunds.
4. Confirmation & your tickets
- Once payment is received, the applicant will be emailed ticketing information.
- Please bring valid photo identification to registration on the day of the event. A valid PHOTO ID is needed, No exceptions.
- Performers can pick up their passes when registration opens.
- Everyone attending the event MUST wear their pass wristband at all times during the event.
- Tampering with wristbands may result in removal from event. No re-entry, with no refund.
Parents & Kids 12 And Under
Kids must be under the age of 12 to purchase the kids performance pass. Kids must be present at registration to pick up their performer pass. PARENTS must purchase FULL PASS if they wish to accompany their children during workshops and/or tech rehearsal. It is the INSTRUCTORS RESPONSIBILITY to watch over kids during tech rehearsal. We strongly suggest instructors with large kid teams to encourage parents who want to partake in the full experience with their kids to purchase a full pass. Tech rehearsal and workshops are only available for performers and full pass purchasers, NO EXCEPTIONS.
By completing the team registration you agree and acknowledge the above.

Volunteer
Thank you for your interest and volunteering at QCDF 2026, we are happy to have you. There is a lot of work behind the scenes that make this event come together and it takes the help from people like you to make it work!
To be a volunteer you must complete 12 hours throughout the weekend to grant you the Full Pass to Queen City Dance Festival at no cost. Our goal is to receive your help and support for a few hours throughout the event and allow you plenty of time to enjoy the event as well.
Please keep in mind that volunteers are needed anytime between 9AM and 4AM. We try our best to schedule everyone as fairly as possible. To be fair all volunteers must be able to volunteer in the late hours at least once, if not twice throughout the weekend.
Volunteer positions will be granted to traveling applicants first, then we will accept applicants based on a first come first served basis.
Volunteer positions will be granted to those that are able to commit to the 12 hours.
To ensure that all volunteers complete their volunteer hours we must have a credit card on file. By signing this form you give permission to debit your account ONLY in the event that you DO NOT COMPLETE your volunteer hours.
